FESTIVAL SUPPORT
Friday Afternoon Event Setup
5:00pm-7:00pm — 4 people
We’ll need some strong backs to arrange tables and chairs, as well as lift things up and put them down.
Saturday Morning Event Setup
7:00am-10:00am — 4 people
Traffic control and general warm bodies needed for this role.
Vendor Registration, T-Shirt Sales, Silent Auction Support
7:00am – 4:00pm – 2 people
This role morphs over the day; initially you help our team check-in vendors, but as the festival gets started, you switch over to t-shirt sales and auction support.
Children’s Activity Volunteers
8:00am – 4:00pm — 3 people
Can you herd cats? Like arts and crafts? This is the job for you!
Festival Break-Down & Clean-Up
2:30pm – 4:00pm — 4 people
Lift things up and put them down type of work; what goes up, must come down.
