Vendor Tips, Tricks & Logistics
Festival Will Be in the Middle School Gym

Registration: Starts at 8am
When you arrive at the Middle School, please check in at our Vendor Registration table under the big tent by the main entrance of the school. We’ll be manning it starting at 8am, just ask for Connie. We’ll have someone there throughout the day to answer questions and provide help.

Set-Up: 8-9:30am
Since the Festival starts at 10am, we encourage everyone to have their booths set-up and ready by 9:30am — so please plan accordingly.

As a vendor, you’ll have a table and at least one chair. Each table will be numbered and we’ll provide yours during check-in and direct you to your spot.

Silent Auction
If you would like to donate your service or one of your products to our silent auction (which is a huge help for generating dollars for our High School Scholarship), please see us onsite.  We appreciate your generosity!

Breakdown: 3pm
As festival-goers do arrive late in the day, we ask that everyone wait until 3pm to dismantle their booths. We’ll put away the tables and chairs, but do ask that you dispose of all trash and recyclables in the containers kindly donated by Associated Refuse.

After Party @ MyPlace Restaurant
If you have time after the festival, please drop by My Place Restaurant across the street to celebrate the day and network with other vendors and the Earth Day Committee. We’ll have some free appetizers and drinks.  Hope to see you there!

Tips for a Great Experience

  1. To increase traffic at your booth, consider sending an e-mail promo over the next week to your customers letting them know you will be at the Festival. If you don’t have an e-mail list, build one at the Festival by having a sign-up sheet at your table.
  2. Consider holding a raffle for one of your products or a service you offer. Simply ask festival-goers to put their name and e-mail address in a jar at your booth –pick a name at the end of the day and alert the winner via e-mail.
  3. Network with other vendors as they could potentially be your customers as well! As you can, share your business cards with other vendors or stop by My Place Restaurant after the festival to meet with your fellow exhibitors and talk business!
  4. Have business cards/flyers available that describe your business or direct people to your Website or social media pages.
  5. Consider offering a festival discount on one of your products or a service you offer.
  6. Promote other festivals or events your business will be at in the upcoming months.
