Over the last 10 years, our festival has grown notably. Over 2,000 local residents and consumers browsed our Vendor Fair local exhibitors. We had at numerous articles written in the Newtown Bee (highlighting the Festival and our various exhibitors) and via our e-mail efforts, our exhibitors gained repeated exposure to over 2,500 families.
All vendor packages include a 3’ x 6’ table, approximately 10′ x 10′ of lawn space, and recognition in our online/print promotional materials.

Bronze Package – (Non-profits 501(c)(3)) $75
Silver Package – (Commercial) $100
These fees help to defray the costs incurred in running and publicizing Newtown’s Earth Day Festival. A portion of all monies raised is used to fund a “green” scholarship at Newtown High School through the Newtown Scholarship Association.
To help us cover the costs of more costly promotions (advertising, Church Hill Road banner, flyers, etc.) and entertainment (music, water station, onsite activities), we are looking for several community organizations/ businesses to be Underwriters for this year’s event.
Underwriters receive prominent exposure in all our online/print promotions, exclusive mention on any radio promotions we obtain, exclusive logo placement on our Church Hill Road banner, and prominently showcased over our PA system during the course of the festival.

Table assignments will be made during the morning of the festival at our Vendor Registration booth.
